Recommending a diverse range of venues from the heritage listed Abbotsford Convent, the magnificent Royal Exhibition Buildings, Sydney’s EQ to the edgy and fascinating Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, Mountain Goat Brewery and Smart Artz Gallery. Our events team has a vast amount of experience working outdoors and in marquees.
With a strong emphasis on minimizing our impact on the environment, the team of highly trained Chefs at the Fred and Ginger headquarters use sustainable and local produce wherever possible and handpick only the best suppliers who provide fresh and seasonal produce throughout the year. We have offset our everyday carbon footprint and we can assist you to run a carbon neutral event.
